Never Without Art was a bespoke appreciation gift initiative created for Art Fund to thank museum and gallery employees across their UK-wide network. As the national fundraising charity for art, Art Fund works with over 900 museums, galleries, historic houses and cultural venues, institutions that rely on the dedication of front-of-house staff, curators, and administrators to deliver exceptional visitor experiences. This project created custom-designed notebooks and folders that celebrated these vital museum professionals while reinforcing Art Fund's mission of making art accessible to everyone.

An intentionally joyful and vibrant colour scheme featuring bright yellow accents against clean, contemporary backgrounds. This choice was deliberate, moving away from expected institutional tones to create something that would bring energy and positivity to daily work routines.
Each gift included a personalised letter signed by Art Fund's Senior Marketing Manager, creating a one-to-one connection between the organisation and individual recipients. The letters referenced specific achievements and partnerships, transforming a thank-you gift into a meaningful recognition of each venue's contributions.
